The 7/8in handlebar that started the legacy of Renthal®, created out of the necessity to produce a (7/8in | 22.2mm) dirtbike handlebar that could meet the demands of the worlds best riders, the all aluminum 7/8in handlebar was born.
Undergoing a 15 step advanced manufacturing process, using the same 7010 T6 aluminum found in Twinwall® and Fatbar® to reduce vibration transferred to the rider's hands. Combined with a cross-brace to improve stiffness for rider control, and coupled with patented cross-brace camps, Renthal® 7/8in bars provide riders with the perfect amount of flex while maintaining the strength to resist bending in the event of a crash.
The Renthal 816 7/8 inch padded handlebar is designed for optimal performance and comfort in motorcycle riding. Crafted from high-quality materials, this handlebar features a robust structure that ensures durability and resistance to stress during intense riding sessions. The padded design provides enhanced comfort and reduces fatigue, making it ideal for both casual riders and competitive motorcyclists. Its sleek black finish adds a stylish touch to any bike, complementing various motorcycle styles and color schemes. Installation is straightforward, with compatibility designed to fit standard 7/8 inch handlebars, providing a secure and stable riding experience. Whether you're upgrading your current setup or customizing your bike, the Renthal 816 handlebar offers a reliable and comfortable solution for long rides and aggressive riding styles.
