General Shipping Policies
We deliver Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. We process most orders within one (1) business day and generally deliver them within two to three (2-3) business days. We do have a limited number of weekend delivery options available on certain offerings. Please note that if there are extreme circumstances such as weather, there may be additional shipping time that is outside of our control.
Our shipping policy excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, Military and international orders. If you are ordering from one of these locations, please contact us prior to placing an order so we can specify the shipping cost and timing for you.
Oversize, Hazardous and Backordered Items
Due to the high cost of freight for oversize items, we are unable to offer these items for free shipping and there is a standalone oversize item delivery charge. This is simply the shipping cost that we pass along to the customer, as opposed to a fee imposed by us. We contract with our shippers and suppliers to ensure that these charges are kept as low as possible. Oversized items are shipped via Ground.
Hazardous items, including any mixed orders that have hazardous and non-hazardous items, are shipped via Ground.
Spark Powersports currently accepts backorders and will hold the order for customers. Once the items are in stock, we will ship the order. If your order has a mix of backordered and in-stock items, please contact us and we can send the in-stock items immediately and send the backordered items once they arrive.
Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges
General Return Policy
The Spark Guarantee ensures that if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will gladly take it back for free with no questions asked. We stand by our products and we want our customers satisfied!
If you do wish to return your product, you may do so within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We do require the product to be in new condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached. If a product looks like it has been used or installed, we cannot accept the return because we will then be unable to sell it to another enthusiast.
Once the items have been received and inspected to ensure that they meet these requirements, the amount will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that your credit card company may take a few days to post the refund back to your account.
Return Process
Please email us at info@sparkpowersports.com to get the process started. Within the email, please let us know your order number and which item(s) you would like to return, and we will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#). Once you receive your RA#, we will issue you a return label and product form. You have fifteen (15) days from the day the RA is issued to return your merchandise.
Do not use the manufacturer’s box as the return box. The product, including its packaging, must be placed in a separate shipping box to ensure that the product, and its accompanying package, can be resold to another enthusiast. Ensure that the return label is placed on the separate shipping box.
Hold on to your return tracking information to keep tabs on your package. Once we receive the package and ensure that it meets the Return Policy specified above, we will issue the refund and send you an email confirming that it has been processed. Please note that we are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping transit.
Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, we got you covered! So long as the product is in new condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached, we will be able to exchange it for you. Please contact us at info@sparkpowersports.com for exchanges.
Return Policy Exclusions
For any electronics, parts, tools, open box, DynoJet and tuners that have sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened and the manufacturer seal broken, we will be unable to return the item. This is because the item is then unsellable. Thank you for your understanding.
